Regulations for the use of the training voucher:

The training voucher can be used within 12 months of receiving it for any open training.
The voucher is sent by email (pdf) after the payment is credited to the bank account of the Burnoutcombat-Innohub Training and Research Center.
The purchased Voucher is not refundable.
When making an application for participation in the selected training, the Voucher number must be included in the application form.
Use of the Voucher for the training is tantamount to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Participation in the training.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
The voucher can be used only for a single training.
When redeeming a Voucher, the Ordering Party is not entitled to receive a refund of the remaining funds when the value of the ordered training service is less than the value of the Voucher.
The Ordering Party is obliged to pay the amount representing the difference between the value of the Voucher and the value of the training service if it exceeds the value of the Voucher.
Burnoutcombat-Innohub Training and Research Center has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher when the expiration date of the Voucher has passed. In the case the voucher was not redeemed due to the cancellation of the training session by the Organizer and has expired, it can be used for the next available session.
