Terms of use
- Purchaser – the person or entity registering for training, also the payer of training
- Organizer/Service Provider/Seller – Anna Golejewska Training and Research Center Burnoutcombat-Innohub based in Sopot, 81-706, ul. Czyżewskiego 9/1, NIP: 9570757727, REGON: 527324536
- Participant/Service Recipient/Customer – the person directly benefiting from or referred to the training.
- Registration form- an application form for the selected training course, posted on the website, filled out by the orderer to register for the training course
- Before enrolling in a training course, the Ordering Party (Participant/Service Recipient/Customer) is required to read the Training Regulations and comply with their provisions.
- Participation in the training is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Completion and submission of the online training registration form constitutes the conclusion of a binding agreement between the Organizer/Service Provider/Vendor (Burnoutcombat-Innohub) and the Orderer (Participant/Service Recipient/Customer) and also constitutes an obligation to pay.
- The ordering party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) registering for training is required to fill out an online form indicating the name and date of the planned training. The ordering party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) is responsible for the correct completion of the online form.
- In the event of cancellation, the Organizer/Service Provider (Burnoutcombat-Innohub) Refund Policy (see below) will apply.
The Organizer/Service Provider shall not be responsible or refund the training fees if the Participant fails to attend the training due to sudden illness, wrong date selection in the online registration form, or bad weather conditions. The Organizer/Service Provider shall also not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Participant/Customer/Service Recipient (e.g., booking accommodation, travel tickets, etc.).
In the event of war, acts of terrorism, strikes or other unforeseen events, the fees paid for the training are subject to conversion into a Voucher usable for the next training scheduled after the end of the emergency, or in case of lack of availability, the next available training. In the described cases, the Organizer/Service Provider is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Participant/Customer/Service Recipient (e.g., booking accommodation, travel tickets, etc.).
1.1. Confirmation of the implementation of the training by the Organizer/Service Provider is made by email, after registration of the required number of Participants and fulfillment of payment conditions.
1.2. Cancellation of the training participation application requires form in writing (email: biuro@burnoutcombat.com).
1.3. In order to receive a refund of the registration fee paid, cancellation of participation in the training should be sent by e-mail no later than 30 calendar days before the scheduled date of the training. The Organizer will refund the amount paid to the bank account indicated by the purchaser within 30 calendar days after receiving the appeal by e-mail. The Organizer will charge the Ordering Party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) with the transaction costs associated with the reimbursement. In case of cancellation of participation in the training within 14 calendar days of payment of the fee, the cost of reimbursement will be borne by the Organizer.
1.4. COVID-19. The Organizer/Service Provider will refund the registration fee for the training only if the cancellation is based on the decisions of the authorities (EU, governments, National Agency). The Organizer will charge the Ordering Party (Participant/Service Recipient/Customer) with the transaction costs associated with the return. If the Participant/Customer/Service Recipient cancels participation in the training despite the absence of a decision by the authorities, Clause 1.3 shall apply. Return Policy. In case of non-compliance, the Ordering Party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) will be charged the full amount of the registration.
1.5. Ordering parties (Participants/Customers/Service Recipients) who do not show up for the training and cancellations of participation made during other than the cancellation period indicated above will be charged the full cost of registration.
1.6. If a Participant/Customer/Service Recipient withdraws during the course of the training, no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
2.1. The Organizer/Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient number of Participants/Customers/Service Recipients at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the training. The Participant/Customer/Service Provider will be informed of the cancellation by email and offered the option to reschedule the training to another date indicated by the Organizer/Service Provider or a full refund of the registration fee.
2.2. The Organizer/Service Provider shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Participant/Customer/Service Recipient for costs (e.g., accommodation reservations, travel tickets, etc.) if the training has been canceled and the Participant/Customer/Service Recipient has received notification by email within the timeframe specified above
3.1. Complaint requires a written form sent to the email address:

3.2. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The Ordering Party/Participant/Customer/Service Recipient will be informed by e-mail about the result of the assessment of the validity of the complaint.
- The price of the training applies to the participation of 1 person and includes: participation in the class, teaching materials in electronic form, a diploma for completing the training, the possibility of individual consultations during the training, coffee breaks, cultural activities.
- The price of training is the final price: net=gross. The organizer/service provider is a VAT-exempt taxpayer.
- The ordering party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) is required to make a payment of 100 percent. training prices via Przelewy24 at the time of registration for training and no later than 30 calendar days before the scheduled start date. In case of non-payment, the registration is cancelled by the Organizer/Service Provider.
- The Participant/Client/Service Recipient of training under the Erasmus+ grant after receiving the Mobility Agreement signed by the Organizer, the payment terms and conditions as in Section 3 apply.
- The invoice or bill for the training will be sent by snail mail to the company’s address or sent to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form – if you agree to send it electronically.
- In the event that the training is not held on the scheduled date or there are no seats available on the date, the amounts paid for the training will be credited towards participation in other training courses organized by the Burnoutcombay-Innohub Training and Research Center as agreed with the Ordering Party/Participant or at the request of the Ordering Party/Participant, the Organizer will refund the amount paid to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party within 30 calendar days.
- The Organizer/Service Provider reserves the right to change the trainer, location (within the Tri-City area), order of training blocks and type of cultural activity while maintaining the level of content and scope of the training.
- Training materials provided to class participants are protected by copyright. Copying and dissemination of them is prohibited.
- Recording by the participant of the course or training, by means of devices or software recording sound or image and sound, as well as dissemination of their content is prohibited.
- The data of the Ordering Party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) provided on the application form will be used by the Organizer for the purpose of participation in the training – in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (RODO).
- The Ordering Party (Participant/Customer/Service Recipient) has the full right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Burnoutcombat-Innohub Training and Research Center shall not be liable for any damage caused by the Ordering Party (Participant/Client/Service Recipient), lost/stolen items, or injury during training.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, decisions are made by the Organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations.
- Any disputes arising in connection with the implementation of training courses in the case of Ordering Parties (Participants/Customers/Service Recipients) who are not consumers within the meaning of Polish law will be settled by the common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Training and Research Center Burnoucombat-Innohub.
