For Whom. Training dedicated to all active people experiencing conflict between the private and professional spheres, wishing to develop the right balance for the hygiene of their own lives and psychological well-being.

Training objectives

  • Understanding the risks to health and mental condition posed by the conflict of professional and family roles,

  • Assistance in identifying and balancing priorities between work and personal life,

  • Learning how to build boundaries between professional and private spheres,

  • Awareness that work-life balance can contribute to professional effectiveness by reducing stress levels and improving psycho-physical well-being,

  • Introducing relaxation and awareness techniques as methods of reducing tension and expanding self-awareness.

Work-life balance: a psychological workshop

  1. Introduction to the objectives and training plan,
  2. Identification of individual needs of participants,
  3. Work-life /life-work balance as an area of human psychological well-being and life satisfaction,
  4. “Do I maintain a balance between the areas of private and professional life?” an analysis of participants’ personal experiences,
  5. “When work comes home”. – or the consequences of work-life conflict in the life of an individual
  6. “When home comes to work” – or the effects of remaining in life-work conflict
  7. Factors supporting balance,
  8. How to ensure the right balance – a handful of best practices
  9. Summary. Feedback.

Harmony of body, breath and mind

Day 3.  
Mindfulness practice as a method of expanding self-awareness, exploring one's own mind and nurturing psychophysical well-being

1.Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT),

2.Contemplative practices:
embedding and anchoring attention in the body; observing sensory impressions related to breathing; observing thoughts; and cognitive exercises derived from CBT cognitive-behavioral therapy.

3.Summary, feedback and presentation of certificates.
