Developing the ability to consciously take care of one's own physical, emotional and mental needs,

To raise awareness of the link between well-being and creativity,

Introducing relaxation and awareness techniques as methods of reducing tension and expanding self-awareness,

Explanation of methods of working with automatic thoughts,

Identification of different attitudes toward change.
