For Whom. Training dedicated to representatives of various professions and positions, all people whose goal is to master effective techniques for dealing with stress.

Training objectives

  • To raise awareness of the nature of stress, its impact on mental and physical health, and the consequences for professional effectiveness,

  • Learning to recognize the signals of stress and identify its sources,

  • Introducing relaxation and awareness techniques as methods of reducing tension and expanding self-awareness,

  • Development of skills to build mental resilience,

  • Explanation of methods of working with automatic thoughts,

  • Raise awareness of the stages of transition through change,

  • Identification of different attitudes toward change.

The art of stress management: a psychological workshop

  1. Introduction to the objectives and training plan,
  2. Identification of individual needs of participants,
  3. Sources of stress,
  4. Symptoms, phases and effects of stress,
  5. Mobilizing stress vs. destructive stress,
  6. Stress at work: response to change and its stages: a self-analysis,
  7. Cognitive tools for working with automatic thoughts,
  8. What’s the worst that can happen: emergency exits,
  9. Summary. Feedback. Guided tour: Gdansk

Day 2.  
Harmony of body, breath and mind

Day 3.  
Mindfulness practice as a method of expanding self-awareness, exploring one's own mind and nurturing psychophysical well-being

1.Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).

2.Contemplative practices:
embedding and anchoring attention in the body; observing sensory impressions related to breathing; observing thoughts; and cognitive exercises derived from CBT cognitive-behavioral therapy.

3.Summary, feedback and presentation of certificates.
