how to apply?
Erasmus+ serves as the European Union’s programdedicated to education, training, youth, and sports for the 2021-2027 period.
The Program has the following specific objectives:
- “to promote learning mobility of individuals and groups, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity and innovation at the level of organizations and policies in the field of education and training.
- to promote non-formal and informal learning mobility and active participation among young people, as well as cooperation, T quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of organizations and policies in the field of youth;
- to promote learning mobility tof spTu ort staff, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of sports organizations and sports policies.”
Key actions of Erasmus+ are:

In the field of Education and Training:
– Mobility projects for higher education students and staff;
– Mobility projects for VET learners and staff;
– Mobility projects for school pupils and staff;
– Mobility projects for adult education learners and staff.
In the field of Youth:
– Mobility projects for young people – Youth exchanges
– Mobility projects for youth workers
– Youth participation activities
– DiscoverEU Inclusion Action
In the field of Sport:
– Mobility of staff in the field of sport
“With Erasmus+, training opportunities are available tostaff working in education, both in teaching and non-teaching capacities.”

For highereducation staff:
“Erasmus+ supports trainingperiods for staff working in higher education institutions. With Erasmus+, youcan train at a higher education institution in an Erasmus+ Program or Partnercountry. If you are working in a higher education institution in a Programmecountry, you can also train at an organization outside the sector in aProgramme country or a Partner country. Examples of such organizations includebusinesses, public bodies, social partners, research institutes andnon-governmental organizations.”.
“A training period between twoProgramme countries must last a minimum of 2 days and cannotlast more than 2 months. This excludes traveling time.”

For highereducation staff:
“You apply for a grant viayour higher education institution. HEIs select candidates fortraining periods abroad from their staff.”
“Before beginning yourtraining, you, your higher education institution and the receiving institutionign a MobilityAgreement. This documents out your learning goals, rights and responsibilities and also how yourtraining will be formally recognized.”
