The Burnoutcombat -Innohub Center is a unique combination of training and research activities.

As part of our interdisciplinary scientific activities, we conduct research on the relationship between stress and burnout and employee creativity and productivity.
Based on the results of the latest scientific research, field-proven tools and techniques, the long experience of our professional team members and an innovative approach, we implement effective, activating and inspiring training.

We offer open and closed training.

Our mission is to prevent burnout. We adhere to the principle: prevention is better than cure. Our workshops not only eliminate the symptoms of burnout, but also teach effective anti-stress strategies that can be easily implemented in daily life. We focus on practical solutions. We offer trainees a combination of learning and relaxation, self-discovery and the realization of passions. The picturesque beaches, rich history of the Tri-City, cultural and sports events and inspiring interiors provide the ideal environment for preventing burnout and experiencing the full spectrum of personal development.

Where did the idea on the center come from?

I am an economist and lecturer with almost 25 years of experience. I have been conducting scientific research on innovation and its determinants for more than 15 years. Innovation is born from creative approaches to problem solving and thinking outside the box. This is what guided me in creating Burnoutcombat-Innohub, a place where the latest scientific advances are combined with practical, holistic innovative approaches to work and life burnout.

Training dedicated to representatives of various professions and positions, including managers, representing a wide spectrum of organizations, establishments and institutions.
